How to Order

Finding Your Product

There are a few ways to find the assistive technology products you need:

• Search: Use the search bar at the top of the page to look for specific products by name or keyword.
• See All Categories: Browse through our curated categories to discover products relevant to different needs.
• Select from Homepage: Explore featured products, best sellers, or special offers directly on our homepage.

Adding to Cart

Once you've found a product you wish to purchase:

1. Click on the product to view its details page.
2. Select any required options (e.g., color, size, if applicable).
3. Enter the desired quantity.
4. Click the "Add to Cart" button.

You can continue shopping or proceed to your cart by clicking the cart icon in the navigation bar.

Checkout Process

When you're ready to complete your purchase:

1. Review Your Cart: Go to your shopping cart and review the items. You can update quantities or remove items here.
2. Proceed to Checkout: Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
3. Select Delivery Type:
   • Pickup: Choose this option if you prefer to collect your order from our designated pickup location. Details will be provided.
   • Delivery: Choose this for doorstep delivery.
4. Add Address: If you selected delivery, provide your complete shipping address. For pickup, confirm your contact details.
5. Payment:
   • Select your preferred payment method.
   • Securely enter your card details (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) or follow instructions for other payment methods like bank transfer or USSD.
6. Confirm Order: Review all order details one last time and click "Place Order" or "Pay Now".

You will receive an order confirmation via email.
